Bryant Dunetz
Founder and Chairman                      

Bryant Dunetz has served as Chairman of the CICAT Board of Directors since founding the company in 1990.  Bryant's career spans multiple fields in Research and Development, engineering, and procurement in both business and government.

Brad Wise
Chief Executive Officer

Brad Wise has served as CEO at CICAT since January, 2003.  Prior to joining CICAT, he was Vice President, Channel Sales and Development at UUNET Technologies, the world's leading Internet Service Provider. While at UUNet, Brad's responsibilities included developing and implementing new revenue initiatives.

Craig Talbot
Vice President, Sales

Craig Talbot has served as Vice President, Sales at CICAT since January, 2003.  He is responsible for all revenue generating activities, including sales and business development. Prior to joining CICAT, he was the Manager of Channel Sales at UUNet Technologies.  Craig's successfully managed the channel sales team while also developing Strategic Channel Partners.

Mike Waters
Vice President, Engineering

Mike Waters has served as Vice President, Engineering, since joining CICAT in December, 2003.  His responsibilities include pre-sales engineering, service installation, technical support, and software development. Prior to joining CICAT, Mike led network sales engineering teams at Smartpipes, a leader of VPN management software, and UUNet Technologies.
