CICAT 's Help Desk support assists in troubleshooting connectivity issues once a circuit has been installed. The service reduces the challenges in dealing with multiple points of contact at multiple providers, and the associated diversity of escalation processes. In the event of a service outage or problem, CICAT coordinates with the telecom provider to ensure the circuit has been restored to operational capacity. Throughout the process, CICAT provides continual updates through its trouble ticket system.
