Once approved, the request will automatically be transferred to CICAT for processing. CICAT will track all orders through completion via the official online portal. In addition to ordering, CICAT’s experienced staff will assist in the development of a cost effective company policy and service plan, as well aid in the determination of company equipment and accessory standards.

    Inventory Management

    Tracking inventory is a critical step in controlling expenses and providing greater user support. Inventory consists of the wireless device, accessories and most importantly the number. All of these items need to be tied to a user.
