    Managing a multi-site network rollout project is always a challenge, since most network access requirements can't be met by a single telecom provider, and most access upgrade projects are on tight time-frames and budgets. CICAT excels at determining service availability and pricing, and managing virtually any network deployment by leveraging its technology and relationships with over 2000+ telecom providers. CICAT's TX LOTS™ web portal enables effective business oversight and management of the deployment and upgrade process. The portal simplifies service orders, installation tracking, and management of the ongoing circuit inventory.

    All of the services CICAT manages are provisioned by our experienced telecom coordinators, using our TX LOTS™ telecom management tool. The LOTS™ platform provides users the ability to create electronic service orders and to track the provisioning process. The process for creating service orders includes audit and control features that ensure complete, accurate information and installation. LOTS™ also tracks the current status of each open order throughout the provisioning process and automatically notifies the project manager of problems or changes in status.

    Once the circuits are installed, LOTS™ functions as an inventory management tool to capture circuit data along with moves, changes, disconnects, and trouble tickets for each service. Inventories are automatically updated with the most recent information.
